This Vendor Agreement outlines the terms and conditions you must agree to in order to sell on our platform.
Vendor Requirements
– Must be 18+ and legally eligible to transact.
– Must provide valid ID and contact details.
– Must only sell approved products/services.
Payement Terms
– Payments are split automatically via M-Pesa.
– You receive your share instantly; we do not hold your money.
– Commission of 15% platform fee per sale.
Delivery & Fulfillment
– Vendors must fulfill orders within 24 Hours.
– Rooftop Kenya will facilate courier and delivery services.
Dispute Resolution
– Disputes between vendors and buyers will be handled by our admin team
– Decisions made by the admin team are final
Termination
We reserve the right to remove any vendor found violating these terms with prior notice.
Agreement
By registering as a vendor, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms in full.
